Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer standard and express shipping across Australia. Delivery times are typically 3–7 business days for standard shipping and 1–3 business days for express.

International Shipping We ship to a range of countries worldwide. International orders are sent via standard international shipping and typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on your location. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
